Introduction
Under the provisional system, until we have a ratified constitution of the Republic, the government functions as a direct democracy: all citizens are automatically members of the government, and all governmental resolution are taken by referendum.
The government meets at the Mitchell Building.
The Parlamīnt consists of the upper house, the Senäts, and the lower house, the Chamber of Deputies.
